Meet the founders of The Good Energy Room, Jo and Adam. After battling severe chronic illnesses, including POTS, Chronic Fatigue, and Fibromyalgia for nearly three years, Jo explored a range of supportive healing approaches, including both the Energy Enhancement System (EESystem) and later The Light System (TLS). During this time, when she was largely bedridden and unable to perform everyday tasks, regular sessions in these energy-based environments supported a miraculous improvement in her health. Now, with renewed stability and vitality, Jo and Adam are passionate about offering The Light System in Melbourne, providing a calm, thoughtfully designed space that supports holistic wellbeing and the body’s natural ability to rebalance.
